After completing his medical schooling from Government Medical College & Hospital, Nagpur, India in 2004; Dr Sachin A Borkar joined M.Ch. Neurosurgery residency( 6 years) course at AIIMS, New Delhi in 2006. He has an excellent academic and surgical record and was adjudged the “ Best Neurosurgery Resident” for the year 2011. After finishing his residency, he joined as a faculty at AIIMS, New delhi. He has also adjudged Diplomate of National Board examination in Neurosurgery by the National Board of Examination. He has several publications to his credit in various national and international journals and presented his work at various meetings in India and abroad. He is well versed in all aspects of Neurosurgery and has special interest in Spine Surgery including Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery(MISS).
