Dr. Sumit Goyal is one of the few neurosurgeons who is also trained in Neurointervention. After completing his DNB in neurosurgery from reputed Sir Ganga Ram Hospital , he went on to persue his interest in Neuroendovascular therapy for neurovascular disorders. He has worked as Consultant in neurosurgery and neurointervention for more than six years at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital before joining PSRI. He had a bright academic career and has recieved simultaneous first and second prize in ninth Delhi Course of neurointervention, besides other awards during his training.
