Dr. Kler is the Chairman & HOD - BLK-Max Heart & Vascular Institute, Chairman Pan Max - Electrophysiology - Heart & Vascular Institute and a top cardiologist of international repute. He's been responsible for developing angiography & angioplasty programs with focus on non-surgical treatment of heart diseases. He performs more than 2500 cardiac diagnostic angiographies & 400 angioplasties including stenting, atherectomy & rotablation each year. He also trains fellows in interventional cardiology & cardiac electrophysiology. Prior to this, Dr. Kler was the Chairman, PSRI Heart Institute in New Delhi. In addition, Dr. Kler was the Director of Cardiac Arrhythmia Services at Escorts Heart Institute, New Delhi (since its inception in 1991) that offered advanced treatment modalities for Radiofrequency Ablation, Pacemaker Implantation, Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator Implantation, Device Therapy for Heart Failure & Combo Device Implantation.
